How to Get There Atrani

Atrani by Plane

Atrani itself does not have many options to be reached, but the good news is that it is close to Amalfi. By saying close, we mean that you can reach it on foot or by bus. Generally, Atrani is about 70 km away from Naples, where you will find the Capodichino airport and from there, you have a variety of options to reach it. If choosing to navigate by train, you should keep in mind that the quickest way is to reach Salerno first. Salerno possesses the major train station, where you can find buses that head to Atrani. You can take the train from Naples to Salerno, and then take a SITA bus. Once you reach Amalfi, you can either stop and walk or ask the driver to stop straight to Atrani. The duration to reach it from Naples is a little less than 3 hours, making it a quiet long route.

By bus, you can reach Atrani from Naples directly. You can either take a bus from Capodichino airport that heads to Atrani and the route lasts about 1:30 hours or if preferring more flexibility on the itineraries, you can take a bus from Naples to Salerno, and then use the SITA bus service to reach Atrani.
